    Hi,
    i received a pair of 414z. One of them arrived with a broken basket! (i don't now if this a the right word for that part! Look at the photos!)
    What could i do now? I would like to send them to Bill, but could he do anything??

    Sure, though if qualified heli-arc welders charge as much in your area as they do in mine, a new basket will probably be about the same price....
